Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries and bookings.
Manage vehicle reservations, returns, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure all rental agreements are accurately completed and documented.
Provide information about vehicle features and rental policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
