Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our team with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative duties, maintaining efficient office workflows, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. This paid position is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative expertise within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office & CFPwinMan
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support invoicing processes and financial record keeping
Maintain office supplies inventory and organise procurement as needed
Provide general administrative support to team members to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Good typing speed with attention to accuracy
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst supporting team objectives
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
