Full job description

A small boutique hotel in Knightsbridge, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to start immediately.

This is initially 4 days per week with potential flexibility depending on hotel needs.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate must be available to start immediately. Please only apply if you do not need to give notice.

You must have strong practical maintenance experience, including:

Essential Criteria:

Tiling experience (full retile and single tile replacement)
Wallpapering to a high standard
Painting and decorating
Basic plumbing repairs
Basic electrical repairs
Carpentry and general repair work
Changing locks, repairing doors and handling day to day maintenance issues

Main Responsibilities:

Carry out general repairs throughout the hotel
Respond to maintenance requests from reception and management
Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues
Complete painting, decorating, wallpapering and tiling work as required
Support basic health and safety checks
Keep work areas clean, safe and professional

Job Details

Location: Knightsbridge, London
Days: Initially 4 days per week
Shift: 8-hour shifts
Work Location: In person
