Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Dispatcher / Warehouse Operative to ensure stock is received, picked and dispatched accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication abilities and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the smooth running of the warehouse by ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and safely.
Count and check all deliveries before signing.
Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
Accurately book in all stock on the system.
Store goods in the correct locations with care and attention.
Pick orders using picking notes, ensuring correct parts and quantities the first time.
Report missing items promptly.
Pack and label goods correctly for dispatch.
Prepare goods in designated areas for delivery.
Ensure all paperwork is completed, signed and up to date.
Rotate stock using First In First Out (FIFO).
Keep shelves stocked, organised and easy to pick from.
Handle all products carefully to avoid damage.
Ensure all goods in and out have the correct paperwork.
Assist with returns when required.
Support the trade counter when needed.
Demonstrate good attention to detail, organisation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
