Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and deliver exceptional care within our adult residential service.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations while maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence.

You will lead and inspire your team, promote a positive culture, and ensure every individual receives personalised support that enables them to achieve the best possible quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the service.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation, and all relevant policies and procedures.
Deliver and maintain outstanding, person-centred care for every resident.
Recruit, motivate, supervise, and develop a high-performing staff team.
Manage staffing levels, rotas, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, medication management, and accurate record keeping.
Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external agencies.
Promote a culture of dignity, inclusion, respect, accountability, and continuous learning.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced senior leader within adult social care.
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex care needs, autism, and/or mental health conditions within residential or supported living services.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards.
Proven leadership and people management experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing compliance, audits, quality assurance, and service improvement.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
