Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment. Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services will be considered advantageous. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a safe, tidy, and pleasant space for staff and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties across various areas including lobbies, corridors, guest rooms, and communal spaces
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities
Use specialised cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility to work during scheduled shifts, which may include early mornings or evenings depending on operational needs
A proactive approach towards maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
