About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Transport Office Assistant to join our transport and logistics team in an office-based role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the transport and logistics team
Prepare and manage delivery schedules, route plans, and driver paperwork
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of transport activities
Monitor driver logs, working hours, and ensure compliance with transport regulations
Process delivery documentation, invoices, and PODs (Proof of Delivery)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries related to transport operations
Assist with data entry, report generation, and document filing
Communicate with internal departments to support overall operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Previous administrative, office planning experience within transport/logistics sector
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
