Job Title: Skilled Labourer (Self-Employed – CIS Registered)
Location: Denbighshire, Conwy & Flintshire
Rate: £16 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

About Us:
We are a busy and growing construction company operating across North Wales, delivering refurbishment and maintenance works on both void and tenanted properties.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join us on a self-employed, CIS-registered basis. The role involves working across a range of residential projects, including void properties and occupied (tenanted) homes. A professional and respectful approach is essential when working in tenants’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general labouring and skilled construction tasks
Undertake repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works
Work within both void and tenanted properties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Communicate professionally with tenants and clients
Follow all health & safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled labourer
CIS registered (essential)
Self-employed status
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Own transport (essential)
Own tools (essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
