Office Administrator – Join Our Growing Team!

Hall Surfacing Ltd is a family-run business currently expanding to secure our legacy for generations to come. For nearly 20 years, we have specialised in all aspects of groundworks, tarmac, and resin driveways, delivering top-quality service across the country. We take pride in our professionalism, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator to join our small but dedicated team. In this role, you’ll support the Office Manager and our groundworks/resin teams to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Office Manager with planning, executing, and closing projects.
Support with social media, google add's and website.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and update relevant stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including invoicing and banking reconciliation.
Facilitate seamless communication between team members and customers.
Support data analysis to improve project performance and efficiency.
Utilise project management tools such as Google Drive, Bright HR, Xero, and Monday.com (CRM).

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and keep projects on track.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client interactions.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle unexpected project changes.
Ability to analyse project data and identify trends for better efficiency.
Conflict resolution skills – capable of handling tough conversations professionally.
