Master Data Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: East Kilbride

We're looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our Customer Operations team and play a key role in supporting our business through accurate, efficient and timely master data management.

What you'll be doing

Creating and maintaining customer, product and pricing master data across multiple business systems
Supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer accounts, materials and supplier information
Managing purchase order creation and administration for the Commercial function
Monitoring and resolving system errors to ensure orders, invoicing and data flows run smoothly
Supporting product launches, business changes and continuous improvement projects
Building strong relationships across Commercial, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Operations teams
Acting as a subject matter expert for master data processes and supporting colleagues with system knowledge and best practice
Ensuring all activities are completed in line with agreed service levels and data governance standards

What we're looking for

Experience in master data management, ideally within an FMCG or supply chain environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience of SAP, AS400 or Cognos would be beneficial
Understanding of product supply chains and retailer requirements would be an advantage
Team player who takes ownership and has a right-first-time mindset
