Main Objective:

To test and investigate high voltage power supplies using automated test fixtures within a cell manufacturing environment, while providing

Hands-on support for general manufacturing activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional testing of high-voltage power supplies to meet specifications.
Complete test documentation in line with customer and quality system requirements.
Modify and upgrade assemblies and finished products as required.
Interpret and implement engineering changes accurately.
Identify and report quality or performance issues through non-conformance processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Test Equipment Design, and Sales to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Provide hands-on support for manufacturing activities, including basic mechanical assembly, component installation, and

General production assistance.

Support and comply with ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environmental) standards and initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

Proficient in following test procedures and meeting standard test times.
Skilled in using oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.
Experience with high-voltage testing and IPC-standard soldering/rework.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments.
Competent in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of high-voltage testing methods is a strong advantage.
