Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service within our showroom and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your excellent IT knowledge to manage sales orders, customer enquiries, and inventory tracking systems.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and acquire comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Present a professional and welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone, while interacting with customers and colleagues.

Work efficiently to meet specified lead times and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Liaise with customers both in the showroom and via telephone, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Exhibit outstanding organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Assist in the upkeep of the showroom and warehouse area.

Requirements:

Good IT knowledge, with proficiency in relevant software applications.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Well-presented with a professional demeanor.

Working Hours:
Tues - Fri - 9:30 - 17:30
Sat - 9:30 - 13:30

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
