Full job description

We’re looking for a fun, hardworking, detail-obsessed person to join our small, friendly team at TreatBox.

We create personalised gift boxes that are sent all over the world, and we genuinely care about making every single order feel special. Every message, every product, every detail matters - and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We work to daily packing targets, so being able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards is really important.

Order Preparation & Gift Wrapping

Writing personalised gift messages (neat, clear handwriting is essential)
Carefully assembling and beautifully gift-wrapping orders
Checking every detail to make sure each box feels perfect
Maintaining high standards while working at speed to meet targets

Warehouse & Fulfilment

Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
Working towards daily packing targets as part of the team
Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
Supporting the team across all areas of fulfilment
Being on your feet for most of the day

Content Participation

Occasionally taking part in light social media content (e.g. appearing in Instagram Stories)
No experience needed - just a willingness to get involved!

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
Reliable, organised, and punctual
Hardworking and able to stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
Calm under pressure, especially during peak periods
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Available to work Saturdays as part of a weekly rota
Happy working in a warehouse environment (it will be cold in the winter - so you’ll need to wrap up!)

Contract & Hours

Working hours are between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am -1pm on Saturdays.
Shifts are organised via a monthly rota provided in advance
You’ll need to be available to work Saturdays as part of the rota
Flexibility is important, particularly during busy seasonal periods to work longer shifts
