We're growing our Leeds team and are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who enjoy helping customers, building relationships and delivering a positive experience from the very first conversation.

No previous experience? No problem. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or you're simply someone with great people skills and a positive attitude, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our clients, speaking with customers, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service throughout every interaction.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering excellent customer service in every conversation
Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
Recommending products and services that genuinely suit customer needs
Working towards individual and team performance targets
Representing well-known brands professionally
Learning new skills through ongoing coaching and development

This is a customer-facing role with a sales focus, so confidence, communication and a willingness to learn are key.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, bar work, restaurants, call centres, promotions or sales is helpful but not essential.
