Since launching in 2010, we have established ourselves as a trusted national brand committed to providing high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and outstanding relaxation and wellness experiences.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, ambitious, and commercially focused Social Media and Content Manager to develop our digital presence and help take our brands to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Content Manager to manage and grow our presence across all key digital platforms.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, supporting marketing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, enquiries, and sales.

This is a hands-on role that will involve producing content both in the office and on location, including at our showroom, warehouse, customer installations, events, and product launches.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own, contribute directly to the company’s growth, and potentially progress into a senior marketing position with responsibility for building and managing an internal marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective social media and content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Create, film, edit, and publish engaging video, photographic, and written content.
Produce content showcasing products, customer installations, behind-the-scenes activity, staff, promotions, events, and company developments.
Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, advertisements, website content, email campaigns, and promotional material.
Create short-form video content, including TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demonstrations, and customer-focused videos.
Manage the day-to-day operation of all company social media accounts.
Monitor and respond professionally to comments, messages, enquiries, reviews, and customer feedback.
Build an active and engaged online community around the company’s brands.
Support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, product launches, competitions, promotions, and special events.
Work with influencers, content creators, suppliers, industry partners, and relevant media outlets.
Identify new marketing opportunities that can increase brand awareness, enquiries, website traffic, and sales.
Monitor competitors, consumer behaviour, industry developments, and emerging social media trends.
Track and report on performance using platform analytics and other marketing tools.
Use performance data to continually improve content, engagement, advertising, and campaign results.
Ensure all content remains consistent with the company’s branding, tone of voice, and commercial objectives.
Work closely with the sales, showroom, customer service, delivery, installation, and management teams to identify content opportunities.
Assist with maintaining and updating website content where required.
Support paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor return on investment.
Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos, graphics, and marketing assets.

Skills and Experience Essential

Previous experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent written English with the ability to produce accurate, persuasive, and engaging content.
Experience creating and editing photographs and short-form video content.
A creative mindset with a strong eye for branding, design, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Confidence appearing in front of the camera or directing other members of the team when required.
Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute new ideas.
A commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing activity can generate enquiries and sales.
Ability to analyse social media performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Desirable

Experience using scheduling and social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or other content-editing software.
Experience managing paid advertising through Meta, Google, TikTok, or other digital platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing, search engine optimisation, website content management, or e-commerce.
Experience working within retail, leisure, wellness, home improvement, or another consumer-focused industry.
Experience working with influencers, media contacts, or public relations campaigns.
A relevant qualification in marketing, media, communications, photography, videography, or graphic design.
A full UK driving licence, as occasional travel to installations, events, and other locations may be required.
