Summary

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Inverbeg Holiday Park. This full-time role involves maintaining the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces, contributing to an exceptional visitor experience. Join us in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, and planting to ensure the grounds are attractive and well-kept.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across the trading company, including plumbing, carpentry, and general DIY duties.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all facilities.
Assist with construction or renovation projects as needed.
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, resolving issues to maintain a high standard of service.
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Mechanical knowledge related to outdoor equipment.
Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, horticulture or landscaping are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work effectively, and keep accurate records of maintenance work.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the park.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues across Luss Trading Company.
Have experience working in a small team
Have a full & clean driving licence

Pay: From £13.21 per hour
