Full job description

We are an established Independent Surveying Practice based in Warwickshire and require a Full Time Administrator/receptionist to join our team. We believe our employees are our greatest asset and recognise our responsibility to ensure they are afforded appropriate development throughout their employment. The successful candidate will be integral to an interesting, challenging, and rewarding business.

Main duties will include:

Being first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, dealing with enquiries, directing calls correctly, taking messages and dealing with calls as appropriate, and general reception duties
Recording and arranging survey instructions and managing Surveyors diaries efficiently
Assisting the commercial department with administration
Dealing with all commercial sale and lettings enquiries
Managing diary appointments for the agency team
Liaising with solicitors, and dealing with sale/letting updates
Maintaining the website
*Rate of pay based on skills and experience.

We are seeking a versatile candidate with enthusiasm to work in a busy, varied and fast paced working environment.

This position will require a very high level of person to person to department liaisons with a high degree of communication; therefore, you will be a natural communicator with excellent people skills.

All we ask is that you have previous high-level Receptionist/Administration experience with at least 3 years of experience, excellent knowledge of MS office suite of products. Sales and lettings or commercial property experience essential.

A competitive salary is being offered to the right candidate depending on experience.
