Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Painters (2 off) to join our team for two weeks. CIS

Hours - 8am til 4pm.

The job is Seaford, Eastbourne.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Follow project specifications and safety guidelines to achieve desired results
Mix colours and prepare paint according to manufacturer instructions
Inspect finished work for quality and consistency, making touch-ups as necessary
Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste responsibly
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations throughout each phase of the project

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting or related trades is preferred
Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites
Strong communication skills in English to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is desirable
Prior experience working on renovation or new build projects will be considered an asset
