Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and experience in utilising CRM software and Salesforce to optimise sales processes. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry sector.
Proficiency in CRM software systems, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools for maximum efficiency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market data and develop innovative growth strategies.
