Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to support our administrative te… The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient clerical support, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with office experience who is eager to develop their skills in a professional environment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess strong organisational abilities. This position has the potential to become more hours in the future.

Duties

Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, mail, and other channels
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and general administrative tasks
Utilising Sage for basic bookkeeping and financial data management

Skills

Proven office experience with familiarity in clerical tasks
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Sage
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good eye for detail and high accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
