Are you a practical, organised and safety‑focused technician with a passion for supporting learners to achieve their best? We are looking for a Technician – Construction & Building Services to join our team and play a vital role in supporting high‑quality practical teaching and learning across our Construction provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in well‑equipped workshops, supporting staff and students across a range of levels and helping learners develop the skills they need for successful careers in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be required to:

To manage the workshops through liaison with the lecturer and Curriculum Manager to ensure they are equipped and ready for planned practical sessions.
To support students in the workshops and whilst on self-directed study, both in the presence and absence of the tutor.
To provide a clean, tidy welcoming learning environment for Construction & Building Services learners.
To ensure that students are abiding by the College Code of Conduct and their behaviour is appropriate.
