Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving is essential, training will be provided. This paid position is suitable for individuals committed to delivering high standards of service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness
Assist in food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages
Adhere to food safety standards and health & safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Assist with setting up events or special functions when needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
