Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe and Meal Prep Chef/Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary experience, and a passion for food safety and team management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, specialising in meal preparation and cafe services. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food production, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and food presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive team environment.
Plan menus in collaboration with management, incorporating healthy options and catering to dietary requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area.
Manage stock levels, order supplies as needed, and minimise waste through efficient utilisation of ingredients.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
