As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our clients do exactly that. Working across customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns, you'll help create positive customer experiences while developing practical skills in sales, marketing and communication.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who's looking to gain hands-on experience in a commercial environment, build confidence and develop a career with genuine progression. Whether you're a recent graduate, leaving education or looking for a fresh challenge, you'll receive the training and support needed to succeed.

The Role

No two campaigns are the same, which means you'll have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills while working with experienced colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns
Building positive relationships with new and existing customers
Representing client brands with professionalism and confidence
Sharing product and service information clearly and accurately
Contributing to customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign objectives
Developing your understanding of sales strategy, marketing and customer engagement through ongoing training

As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and continue developing your commercial skills.
