Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and reliable team members to join our family run garden maintenance company. Our mission is to keep our customers' gardens in tip-top condition, providing comprehensive services including lawn-mowing, hedge-cutting, planting, pruning, and general year-round maintenance. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and are looking for individuals who will help us uphold it.

Responsibilities

Planting, pruning, watering, fertilising
Operating hand tools, power tools safely
Maintaining lawns through mowing, aerating
Managing weed control
Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of disease or pests for prompt action
Ensuring all outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-organised
Assisting with seasonal planting as required

Experience

Proven experience in gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance is desirable but not essential
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools would be desirable
Growing experience or knowledge of plant care techniques is advantageous
Previous work involving gardening or landscape projects will be highly regarded but not essential
A genuine interest in horticulture and outdoor environment management is essential for success in this role
