Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various sectors, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and talent acquisition to develop their career within a supportive and innovative environment. The Recruitment Consultant will utilise cutting-edge tools and social media platforms to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, contributing to the organisation’s growth and success.

Duties

Lead generation through various channels including social media management, job boards, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client requirements.
Manage relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and understanding of job specifications and organisational culture.
Maintain accurate records within Salesforce or other CRM systems to track recruitment progress and client interactions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs, including job advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and candidate availability.
Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates for client review.
Assist in onboarding processes by facilitating communication between new hires and clients.

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation with a strong understanding of social media management tools.
Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates.
Strong relationship management skills to sustain long-term partnerships.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools like Salesforce is highly desirable.
Knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation relevant to recruitment processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using social media platforms for recruitment purposes is advantageous. This role offers an engaging career path within the human resources sector, providing opportunities for professional development in a collaborative setting dedicated to excellence in talent acquisition.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
