Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a well organised Office Support Administrator to join our team in Coalville. General responsibility is to support the effective running of our client contracts. Excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- All administration duties to support the effective running of our client contract
- Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
- Gaining a strong appreciation of our business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges
- Being point of contact for the office
- Bookkeeping, raising invoices as well as processing supplier invoices

- Other varied duties as required

Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- The ability to identify needs and issues, and recommend suitable and pragmatic solutions

- Ability to relate to all persons, whether internal or external of the Company in a professional and credible fashion
