Full job description

We are currently looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team here at Blackwell Grange Hotel. Blackwell is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art, and food. If this sounds like something you'd like to get involved with we would love to hear from you!

What you will be doing

Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service
Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
Comply with all health and safety regulations of Blackwell Grange

We are looking for someone who…

Has interest in culinary and cooking
Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience
Pays attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good level of English
