Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and tailor experiences that exceed expectations.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of supplies and services necessary for each event.
Coordinate all event details—from venue setup and décor to catering, entertainment, and technical requirements—ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in event management within hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels is highly preferred.
