Concession Manager – Edinburgh

Planned start date: July 2026 (second half)

LUCA FALONI is a luxury menswear brand known for timeless craftsmanship, exceptional materials, and understated elegance. Our collection is designed for discerning clients who value quality, authenticity, and effortless style.

We are seeking a Concession Manager to lead our new retail location within a prestigious shopping destination in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to join Luca Faloni during an exciting phase of growth and play a key role in establishing our presence in a new market.

The Role

As Concession Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the concession. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will take ownership of delivering an exceptional client experience, achieving commercial objectives, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently upheld.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales excellence with operational responsibility and who thrives in an environment where initiative and accountability are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a luxury client experience that reflects the values and standards of LUCA FALONI.
Lead by example on the sales floor, driving individual and team performance.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalised service and clienteling.
Oversee daily concession operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
Manage stock, visual merchandising, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor performance against sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters, ensuring issues are addressed proactively and effectively.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and brand representation at all times.

About You

Previous experience in a Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Concession Manager, or senior retail leadership role.
Strong background in premium, luxury, or client-focused retail environments.
A confident and engaging communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Commercially aware, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Highly organised, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
A proactive problem-solver who demonstrates initiative and sound judgement.
Passionate about luxury products, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
