Job Summary

We are a private residential development company specialising in bespoke developments of 3–10 high-quality homes per site. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working across a variety of small, well-managed developments with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction and site-related activities, ensuring the smooth progress of projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry while contributing to diverse site operations.

Responsibilities

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
Preparing sites by clearing debris, organising materials, and setting up safety barriers
Assisting tradespeople and supervisors with tasks as directed
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Moving tools, supplies, and materials around the site efficiently
Supporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures or scaffolding when required
Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not essential
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
A valid relevant safety or construction qualification is a plus but not mandatory
A full UK Drivers License is essential

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in construction or related fields. Applicants should be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
