Overview

Please note that this job is for cover only. You will only cover the girls when they are on holiday or off sick.

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
Maintain hygiene standards in bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and safely
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet specific cleaning requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with clients effectively
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
