About this role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team at Padel Social Club. As a key player in our food and beverage service, you’ll create outstanding drink experiences for members and guests, foster a welcoming environment at the bar, and uphold exceptional cleanliness and service standards. This is a great opportunity to be part of an energetic and sociable club culture where members come to relax, connect, and unwind.

Here's what you'll do:

Bar Service & Guest Experience

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests with speed, consistency and a smile.
Engage with members at the bar and in lounge areas, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Regularly check in with guests seated nearby to offer top-ups or take new drink orders.
Make drink recommendations and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest
experience.
Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, including cocktails, wines, beers and specials.

Cleanliness & Presentation

Keep the bar area immaculate at all times, including counters, sinks, shelves and
glassware.
Ensure the lounge and bar seating areas remain clean, tidy and inviting.
Follow all hygiene and safety procedures for handling drinks and cleaning equipment.

Operational Duties

Set up and close down the bar, including stock checks and restocking as needed.
Accurately input orders and process payments using the POS system.
Work closely with floor servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
Monitor stock levels and communicate low inventory needs to management promptly.

You're a great fit if you:

Have proven experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant or club setting.
Are outgoing, approachable personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Have strong multitasking and communication skills.
Have high standards of cleanliness, organisation and personal presentation.
Are able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (where applicable) is a plus.
