HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE: You support the team that feeds our guests, and you treat every colleague with the same warmth and generosity we show every guest.

WE DO THE RIGHT THING: You follow food safety and hygiene standards properly, every time, even when no one is watching.

WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE: A clean station, sparkling crockery and a well-stocked kitchen are non-negotiable for you. Standards never slip.

WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS: You spot what needs doing before being asked, and you take ownership of keeping the kitchen running like clockwork.

Washing, cleaning and organising crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment to a consistently high standard
Keeping kitchen areas, floors, surfaces and wash-up stations spotless and safe throughout service
Supporting the chef brigade with basic food preparation tasks where needed
Receiving, checking and storing deliveries, and helping keep stock organised
Managing waste and recycling correctly and responsibly
Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH procedures
Helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services so chefs can focus on the food

A strong work ethic and the energy to keep pace in a busy professional kitchen
A genuine pride in cleanliness, order and high standards
A positive, reliable, team-first attitude
The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure during service
A willingness to learn, with real ambition welcomed if you want to progress towards a chef role
Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience is a bonus, but the right attitude matters most
The legal Right to Work in the UK

Up to £14.05 per hour OTE
