Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including catering, serving, and assisting with food preparation, all while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of presentation.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Support catering events as required, demonstrating flexibility in your role.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Strong skills in catering and serving, with an understanding of food safety practices.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in service roles.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
