Job Summary

Nav Van Hire Limited is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and hire operations, ensuring quotations, contracts, and customer records are handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales administration, ideally within the vehicle hire, vehicle sales, or automotive industry, and will be confident dealing with customers, quotations, and contracts. This is a fully paid position and an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a professional and expanding vehicle hire business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer databases using Microsoft Office.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, hire agreements accurately
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional and confident manner
Follow up on quotations and support the sales team with customer communication and scheduling
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, hire start dates, and documentation
Assist with sales reports, tracking leads, and monitoring contract progress
Support the onboarding of new hire and sales customers, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for contracts, compliance, and sales records

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in a Sales Administration role (essential)
Experience or knowledge of vehicle hire, vehicle sales, or vehicle parts (highly desirable)
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data entry and contracts
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Confident phone manner with excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with office systems, clerical procedures, and sales support processes
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
