Brand Content Executive

Bayleaf FM is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Brand Content Executive to join our Marketing team. This full-time role is based in our London office and offers a salary of £31,000–£33,000.

What we’re looking for

Strong written English and confident storytelling ability.
Some experience with social media, content creation or communications.
A genuine interest in how brand and marketing support business growth.
Organised and self-directed, with the ability to own deadlines and follow up with others.
Comfortable speaking to people and gathering information from across the business.
Willing to learn new tools and systems.
Basic design or video briefing skills would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities

Own and maintain the content calendar across website, LinkedIn and internal channels.
Produce case studies, articles and supporting brand content.
Manage the Bayleaf FM LinkedIn company page and support leadership content.
Create content for proposals, tenders, brochures and other marketing materials.
Maintain the evidence bank with testimonials, accreditations, performance data and people stories.
Support awards submissions and internal communications.
Assist with client communications and monthly brand performance reporting.
Work with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent and commercially effective.
