Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, requiring excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and proficiency with various office software. The position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing enquiries appropriately.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation efficiently.
Maintain organised records and filing systems both physically and digitally.
Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMIS is advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Outstanding phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Competent typing skills for efficient data entry and correspondence.
Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is important.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
