About Us

Goldservice is a well-established contract cleaning company employing over 200 staff across London and the South East. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to take responsibility for our monthly payroll processing and associated payroll administration.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced payroll professional seeking flexible part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

Processing monthly payroll for over 200 employees using Sage 50 Payroll
Inputting payroll calculations and amendments including starters, leavers, and payroll adjustments
Processing employee payments through Sage Salary Payments
Issuing payslips via Sage HR
Submitting FPS and EPS returns to HMRC
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
Processing leavers and issuing P45s
Managing pension administration through The People's Pension, including:
Monthly pension uploads and correspondence
Auto-enrolment administration
Re-enrolment processes
Completing year-end payroll procedures including P60s and associated reporting
Ensuring payroll compliance with HMRC and pension regulations

Essential Requirements

Previous payroll administration experience, ideally processing payrolls of 200+ employees
Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll
Experience using Sage Salary Payments and Sage HR
Knowledge of HMRC payroll requirements, including FPS and EPS submissions
Experience with workplace pension administration and auto-enrolment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Desirable

Experience within the cleaning, facilities management, or service sectors
Familiarity with The People's Pension portal
