Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; we value a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Basic proficiency in English is required for understanding instructions and communicating effectively.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between sites.
