Full job description

20/30 Lab are in search of an Customer Support Executive, on a full-time permanent basis at our office in Northampton.

The Role

You’ll act as a vital link between the laboratory team and their customers – handling enquiries, processing orders, updating clients on sample progress, and ensuring accurate data entry within internal systems. You’ll need to be organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to clients, responding promptly to enquiries and requests

Dealing promptly with customer queries using ZOHO ticket & CRM system.

Liaise closely with laboratory teams to ensure client deadlines and requirements are met

Oversee the deliveries of customer orders, booking deliveries and collections via our courier network, tracking deliveries and updating customers, loading future orders onto internal systems for dispatch,

Produce and issue reports, certificates, and other documentation in line with company standards

Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks to support ongoing projects

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service process

Responsible for building and strengthening the customer relationship

Managing expectations and being the trusted point of contact for all

Liaising with business functions to support both the customer and 20/30Labs

Coordination and resolution of customer queries

About You

Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office support role

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and data management systems

A positive, proactive and professional approach to problem solving

Ability to multitask and prioritise activities based on commercial significance

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
