Full job description

The Petersham is a stunning privately owned lux hotel, proudly overlooking the River Thames and surrounding Petersham Meadows.

With 60 elegant bedrooms, an award-winning restaurant, and flexible meeting and event spaces, there is plenty on offer.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Petersham.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Good level of English
Be well presented and groomed
Be very well organised
Have exceptional time management skills
Be serious about pursuing hospitality as their chosen profession and ready to build their career

Key Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming all our guests in a highly professional yet friendly manner
Check-ins and check-outs
Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience
Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
Take appropriate action to resolve any guest concerns or complaints
Concierge assistance
Excellent guest relations

Skills & Experience:

Flexible and adaptable
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience
