Job overview

The Patient Access Team are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team of receptionists.

Main duties of the job

The role will be to provide a high-quality reception service for patients attending Kingston an Richmond Hospital Outpatients clinics in Main Outpatients, Sir William Rous Unit and Raynes Park Health Centre.

You will be expected to accurately record patient attendance details and manage the scheduling of appointments across a range of specialties in a busy and fast-paced environment . You will also occasionally provide back-office support and help complete a number of administrative duties within the Patient Access admin team.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience who is looking to develop their skills further and offer the best possible service to our patients.

NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience
GCSE or equivalent
