Accord Steel Cladding Ltd is a small cladding supply business based in Kingswinford. We are professional and innovative.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Duties:

Provide administrative support as required
Working with customer to calculate sheet requirements and scale from drawings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM software
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Provide quotations to customers based on verbal or written technical specifications
Liaise with our transport team and suppliers regarding planned delivery dates and keep customers informed of the progress of the orders.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in cladding sales or a similar role is preferred but not essential
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Outlook, Sage) is a plus
Familiarity with programming languages would be advantageous but not essential
Strong IT skills required and a knowledge of computer hardware would be preferred but not essential
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong sales skills and problem-solving abilities
