Outbound Researcher & Client Sourcing Executive

Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Hours Available

Eves Media Group is a fast-growing marketing, branding, and business development agency helping businesses across the UK increase visibility, generate leads, and accelerate growth. We specialise in digital marketing, branding, social media management, print marketing, physical advertising solutions, and business development strategies.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Researcher & Client Sourcing Executive to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a proactive research and business development position focused on identifying potential clients, conducting market research, sourcing decision-makers, and generating opportunities for our sales team.

You will play a vital role in helping Eves Media Group expand its client portfolio by finding businesses that can benefit from our services and initiating first contact through email and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential business clients across multiple industries.
Source key decision-makers and contact information.
Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.
Conduct outbound email campaigns and introductory outreach.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Research local, regional, and national business opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and identify emerging markets.
Assist with appointment setting and lead nurturing.
Support marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Excellent online research skills.
Strong written communication and email etiquette.
Confident using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and online directories.
Organised and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Professional telephone manner is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience in lead generation, sales, recruitment, research, marketing, or administration is advantageous.
