Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing communication between sales representatives and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including Invoicing transactions, pushing line for work to be caried out and preparing paperwork for client collections.
Maintain accurate records of client data and GDPR preferences.
Answer Sales Enquiries and direct calls appropriately
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure all sales documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Manage office supplies and inventory related to the sales department.

Skills

Proficiency in the use of computers is essential although specific programme training will be provided.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
