Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and driving sales growth across our organisation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and experience with B2B sales are highly desirable attributes. The role is fully paid, including internship positions, and provides comprehensive training to support your success.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through proactive outreach and engagement
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and target markets
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to tailor solutions effectively
Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress
Present product or service offerings persuasively, highlighting benefits aligned with client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish where applicable
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles is preferred
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights effectively
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly advantageous
Fluency in Spanish is essential; additional languages are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients confidently
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment
