Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Helper and Front Office Associate to join our vibrant hospitality team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment by supporting kitchen operations and delivering exceptional guest services at the front desk. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for hospitality. Duties

Assist in food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area to ensure health and safety standards are met
Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks and inventory management
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient front desk service
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy
Handle phone inquiries with proper etiquette, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately
Maintain a tidy and organized front office environment, including managing reservations and guest records
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience

Skills

Multilingual or Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
Strong phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries confidently and professionally
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, especially in guest services roles
Knowledge of hospitality standards, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
