Full job description

Overview
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team working on contracts in the North West.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming prior to painting or decorating.
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other finishes with precision and care.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety regulations and client specifications.
Use a variety of tools and equipment
Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting and decorating or related trades.
Hold an NVQ L2 or Equalling qualification
Good communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between multiple sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
