Overview
We are seeking dynamic and passionate Team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of desserts, where you will assist in crafting delicious treats while developing your culinary skills. You'll play an essential part in creating a lively and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience with every visit. The ideal candidate possesses a flair for creativity, excellent time management skills, and a friendly upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

Assist in dessert preparation to ensure timely and high-quality production.
Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper payment processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas and dining space, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and promoting a welcoming environment.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all aspects of shop operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
